Climate is similar to the Mediterranean olive growing regions.

Our oliveyards are situated in a natural corridor of cooling sea breeze that keeps the vines comfortable under the life giving sunshine.

The summer displays the branches heavy with clusters of olive fruit. The hot sun is cooled by our northwesterly winds that we have specific to our location.  This breeze is important in keeping the olive trees strong.

We employ the top people who care for our trees they are part of our family too. Our vineyard manager is college graduate, educated with a degree in vineyard and olive agriculture. He and his family have been hard workers in the grape and olive business for many generations.  We do not cut any corners when it comes to equipment, irrigation, manpower, supplies. Each facet of our olive growing is filled with utmost integrity. Our olives are not our main source of income, so we get to do things right.  No expense is spared when it comes to our olive yard. Each tree is cared for individually—tenderly hand pruned and the fruit is handpicked. We do not scrimp to make a buck. The same laborers work in our oliveyard year after year. They know our trees and we know them.  They are part of our growing family. We provide the best environment for them to work comfortably. Every detail is thought out and covered. It is a class act 12-months a year.  We like it that way. It makes good olives.
